about me

theres not much to know about me. im an amateur lgbtq+ photographer in the pnw. ive lived here my whole life and washington gives me a front row seat to natural beauty in the form of beaches, waterfalls, forests, animals, and more. i dont do paid shoots and only take pictures for enjoyment.

honestly, i avoid photoshop and filters as much as possible with my photos and i hope to capture moments as i see them...exactly how i see them. this makes finding the right lighting even more important!!

i got my first canon in 2018 and it follows along with me to capture the moments that can only be described in pictures. i currently shoot with a canon r50 with various lenses.

around 2023, i got into birding and it has given me a completely different outlook on the outdoor world and nature. understanding birds in their homes teaches everyone that the world is a shared space. being able to take pictures without the pressure of being perfect or letting someone down is really what makes it enjoyable for me and i plan to do it for the rest of my life.
